Before your appointment

What should you bring with you?

None of this is essential, but each one makes the appointment quicker and can save you money.

Your travel itinerary
Countries, dates and anything rural or adventurous you've got planned.
Any vaccination records you have
Red book, GP printout, or a photo of an old certificate. It often means fewer doses and a lower bill.
A list of your medicines
Including anything from the pharmacy, plus any allergies.
Your passport details if you need a certificate
Yellow fever or meningitis certificates must match your travel document exactly.

How do you get to the clinic?

By tram
Murrayfield Stadium stop is a 2 minute walk. Airport line, direct from Haymarket and Princes Street.
By bus
Lothian 12, 26, 31 and X31 all stop on Corstorphine Road within a minute of the door.
By car
On-street parking on Corstorphine Road and the side streets. Allow a few extra minutes on match days at Murrayfield.
On foot
5 minutes from Roseburn, 15 from Haymarket, straight along the main road.

Need to change or cancel?

No problem at all. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or give us a ring and we'll move it for you. If your plans have changed completely, just let us know so we can offer the slot to another traveller.

Travelling with other people?

Family, friends or colleagues going on the same trip should each have their own appointment, since the assessment is individual. Call us and we'll line the slots up back to back so you're all done in one visit.
